Consider this: a power plant doesn’t have energy – it generates energy. Your body is the same.
I invite you to watch this week’s video, and start creating your own energy!
You can choose to be energized and alert. Even when you think you’re worn out, you can summon energy. You just have to be aware of how to do it. Put your body in a positive state so you can generate energy on command. When you learn to control your energy, you can influence the air around you. Do you think this will help you sell more cars? You better believe it!
Let’s try that first exercise together. Come on! Really. Do it with me.
- Stand up straight and put your hands to your side.
- Next, move your thumbs out to face forward.
- Then roll them back, and make a “V” in your back.
- Now, take a deep breath and then roll them back.
Feel the difference in your posture?
That’s how I want you to walk into rooms. Walk in fully, “I’m here.” Powerful. You can do this any time, any place, anywhere.
