Welcome, my friends, to our newest series! We’re moving into new industries, expanding the vision, and relating our material in the world of sales as it’s meant to be. We’ll move through this “Real-ationship Series” with the same principles and an enlightened viewpoint, as we invite real estate agents into our model.

This week we begin with Kita, a realtor in the booming industry of Rutherford County, TN. Like many of Auto Training Academy’s pupils, she is just under three years into her career and is seeking tools to help her thrive in the market.

We start in the beginning by asking the question, “What so far has worked for you?” Click to watch, as we take the most important step, erasing those pesky limiting beliefs and gaining a better understanding of trust.

So Kita’s limiting belief is one that I deeply understand. She thinks she don’t talk good. The concept of persuasion doesn’t align with her beliefs, and certainly doesn’t align with who she is. She didn’t get into this industry so that she could convince people to buy or sell a house, she entered with the hope of helping people, protecting people, and ensuring their success in these transactions. 

And guess what!? Kita has everything she needs within her to do just that for her community. The recipe for trust begins with listening to understand, and is made up of three parts. 

  • Do they feel like you understand them?

  • Are you concerned about their outcome? Is this a matter of what they need, or what you need?

  • Who are you, and what is your track record in being that person? What are the energies of your frequency? Are you caring? Are you kind? Are you more concerned for others than you are for yourself?


Getting to the bottom of Kita’s limiting beliefs of herself, the question arises, “What if it was okay to just be curious and care?” What limiting beliefs are holding you back from living the life of your dreams?

We want to be here for you! Believe that you can do it, because YOU absolutely can! Let yourself see who you are, and allow yourself to be that! There is no glass ceiling. We’re not trying to sell you on what to do, we’re selling you on who to be – that’s you! We want you to have the life of your dreams. To do that, you’ll have to believe. Believe in your business, your product, and most of all – in who you are. After all, you are absolutely wonderful!
