High achievers are present, they’re patient, and they’re respectful.
When asking questions, they:
- Listen for the answer.
- They stay with the conversation.
- Their eyes aren’t drifting off to look at somebody else in the middle of the conversation.
- They’re not looking at their phone in the middle of a conversation.
