When I met Ali Reda 11 years ago, he was selling 30-40 cars a month. I’m sure you’ve heard, but since then he’s broken some records. In his best month, he sold 202 units. In his best year, he sold 1,582. What can you do NOW to start moving to your next level?
- Start by saying hello to EVERYONE! Engage, engage, engage. Ask people about themselves. Don’t solicit business. Just be there, and let them see who you are.
- Start saying yes. Whatever presents itself, say yes. Go to local events. Support your community. Volunteer at the food bank. Bring your truck to help a friend move. Go to your kids’ school functions. Go to everything, and really be there.
- Be who you are at your best! If it’s been a while since you’ve practiced the I AM exercise, I encourage you to do it again. See how you’ve grown, and find new characteristics of yourself to focus on. Sometimes we all need to remind ourselves of how good we are, and now is always a great time to do that!
- Believe that you can do it… YOU absolutely can! Let yourself see who you are, and get out there and show the world! There is no glass ceiling.
