Ladies and gentlemen, we are back with our video series, Ali Reda’s Road to Sales Success! We’ve been talking about the obstacles that Carlos was finding as he approached the end of his second month in the business. If you don’t know about him yet, let me bring you up to speed. Carlos began as a new salesman at Les Stanford, and Ali Reda is his immediate manager and coach. We want to take what Ali did in ten years and condense it into a five year model for success, and Carlos is helping us do just that. It is our intent for this blueprint to become a duplicatable training program for the industry, and we want you to be there with us every step of the way.

It’s no secret that this job is hard work. You’ve got to really put yourself out there, be 100% on all the time, and give every interaction your complete care and focus. Carlos is beginning to feel the exhaustion that comes along with it all, and Ali’s advice is just this,

“We need to remember that we’re planting the seeds for five years from now.”

I invite you to watch this week’s video to hear more from Ali now.

Make sure you’re up to date with financing. It’s your job to educate and inspire your customers about their credit and their finances. They’re constantly changing rates and requirements, and we are the ones who know that. You’ve got to understand it so you can help your people.

Do you understand it?

In our industry, we’re encouraged to go out and put ourselves into debt so that we’re selling scared. But selling scared is not how we’re supposed to sell. We have to shift our mindset. If you’ve ever asked the question, “How do I never be broke again?”, I implore you to please pay close attention.

First of all, we have to know what our intentionality is. I want you to achieve a clear mind, financial freedom, and happiness. I want you to live with no worries. You deserve this! You deserve wealth and abundance. Being debt free is the first step to selling more cars, making and saving more money. You’ll have to stay pretty disciplined, but it is possible for you to be free.

When I became debt-free, life just became easier. Ali Reda
