Hey, fam! I’m feeling extra energized this week, and I’m glad you’re here because I teased this topic last week—and now it’s time to dive in.

Let’s talk about two of the most powerful words in the English language: “I am.”

Those little words? They’re not so little. They’re a direct line to your identity, your energy, and yes—your source, whatever that may mean to you.

Think about how often we misuse them:

  • I am dumb.

  • I am ugly.

  • I am broke.

  • I am not enough.

Sound familiar? That can become your prayer—your inner mantra—and the universe listens. It echoes back exactly what you claim.

But let’s flip the script.

What if you chose to speak to who you are at your best?

  • I am thoughtful.

  • I am compassionate.

  • I am powerful.

  • I am intuitive.

  • I am love and loving.

These are not just affirmations. They are reminders. Truths. Mirrors of your highest self. And when you live from that place—your best place—everything shifts.

Now, I know there’s this thing we all bump into called imposter syndrome. That little voice that whispers, “You’re not really that good. You’re just faking it.”

Let’s be real. That voice? It’s not truth—it’s fear wearing a mask. Unless you’re actually living a lie (which you’re probably not), then you don’t have imposter syndrome—you have an “I am” problem.

You’ve been telling yourself a story that you’re not enough. But you are. You’re plenty. You’re worthy, deserving, and made of good stuff.

So here’s the challenge for this week:

Be fiercely, unapologetically, and thoughtfully YOU.

Be the best version of yourself—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Know who you are. Defend your connection to source like your soul depends on it—because it does.

And here’s the beautiful twist: when you show up as your best, you start seeing the best in others too. Life will never look the same again.

So who are you, really?

Say it with me:
I am love. I am powerful. I am enough.

Wishing you the most wonderful, soul-full week ahead.

Be thoughtful every day. I love you all. Talk to you soon.
