He tells us that it’s so important to get to work early. This is your business! Avoid the anxiety of being in a rush. When the doors open at 9am, you should be free. When you open up, you should feel excited for the day and happy to serve people. You should be IN THE ZONE!
To keep your days running nice and smooth, make sure there is no procrastination. In December of 2018, when Ali decided that every day would be treated like the last day of the month, you better believe he and his team did not put anything off. How could they? There was no tomorrow!
